Haidah Amirzadeh
Haidah Amirzadeh, Juris Doctor, is a lawyer with more than 20 years of legal experience. She provides strategic, practical, and client-focused representation grounded in careful legal analysis, effective advocacy, and a clear understanding of each client’s circumstances and objectives.
Her professional background spans criminal law, family law, immigration and refugee law, judicial reviews, appeals, inadmissibility matters, procedural fairness issues, and other contested legal proceedings. This breadth of experience allows her to approach legal problems from both a practical and litigation-informed perspective.
Haidah has represented clients before the Federal Court, Provincial Court, the Court of King’s Bench, the Immigration and Refugee Board, and the Immigration Appeal Division. From 2007 to 2020, she also taught Immigration and Refugee Law at the University of Saskatchewan across 17 course offerings.
