Haidah Amirzadeh
Haidah Amirzadeh is a highly respected immigration lawyer with over 20 years of experience in immigration and refugee law. Licensed in Saskatchewan and British Columbia, she represents clients nationwide, assisting individuals, families, and businesses with provincial and federal immigration matters.
She specializes in inadmissibility issues, family sponsorships, appeals, judicial reviews, detention reviews, refugee claims, and removal order appeals. With deep expertise in Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), including SINP, she provides strategic representation tailored to each client’s needs.
A dedicated advocate, Haidah is known for her client-focused approach, investing time and attention to ensure the best possible outcome. She has successfully represented clients before the Federal Court, Immigration and Refugee Board, and Immigration Appeal Division.
Beyond her practice, she is committed to legal education and community service. She taught Immigration and Refugee Law at the University of Saskatchewan for over 15 years and served as Chair of the Saskatoon Open Door Society and Director at CLASSIC Legal Clinic.
