The cost for a legal consultation is $300.00 plus tax. A consultation is a wise investment because Haidah will assess the details of your personal situation to advise you what steps you need to take next. During a legal consultation, I will ask you about your work experience, educational background, and whether there are any issues that might delay or deny your ability to come to Canada, such as medical or legal issues. By the end of the consultation, you will have a great understanding of the steps you need to take for your immigration application and you can make an informed decision on whether you need to hire a legal representative or if you are able to do it yourself.
The cost for legal representation is case by case, varying based on the type of application
